Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist

Huntswood is seeking a skilled Utilities Complaint Handler to join their team in Glasgow. This role involves investigating customer complaints and providing solutions that meet both customer and company needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate customer complaints related to service, bills, metering, and appointments
- Resolve complaints through effective communication and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions
The successful candidate will have experience investigating customer complaints and working in the utilities sector. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Huntswood offers a competitive salary of £155 per day for this role, which is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company. The position is based in Glasgow City Centre and requires a commitment to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
