Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Complaints Handler to join our team in Glasgow, UK. As a key member of our Customer Resolutions department, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in complaint handling within a Financial Services organization and possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

You will be confident in managing assigned workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet targets and timelines, and providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

A competitive salary of £27,000.00 per annum is offered, along with comprehensive technical/computer skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
