We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Hydrogen Group. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, answering their queries, resolving issues, and handling complaints.
As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and delivering outstanding results while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a customer advisor in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
