B2B Account Development Executive

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our B2B customer service team as a Customer Service Excellence Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our high-value business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns, ensuring a world-class experience.
- Invoice Management: Check, fix, and distribute customer invoices each month, proactively following up with customers to answer any queries.
- Account Management: Work closely with our Strategic Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to maintain strong relationships with key existing customers.
- Process Improvement: Monitor accounts at a granular level to ensure accurate performance data and identify areas for process improvement.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
