About the Job

At Ecotricity, we're looking for a Strategic Customer Partner to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B energy industry, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with utility billing and metering systems. You will also be proficient in customer relationship management systems and have a track record of delivering results-driven solutions.


Main Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamlining operations and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting customer expectations.
  • Monitor customer performance and provide insights to inform strategic decisions, optimizing revenue streams and minimizing risks.
  • Support business sales in new pitches by providing expert guidance on onboarding processes and customer acquisition strategies.
