About the Role

As a Business Relationship Development Manager at Ecotricity, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with high-value business customers. This involves acting as their primary point of contact and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.


The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in client or 3rd party management, excellent time management skills, and experience working within the B2B energy industry. You will also need to possess good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages, and be familiar with utility industry knowledge and practices.


Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions, driving business growth and retention.
  • Monitor customer performance and provide insights to inform strategic decisions, optimizing revenue streams and minimizing risks.
  • Liaise with external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the debt team to minimize outstanding cases and resolve payment barriers.
  • Support business sales in new pitches by providing expert guidance on onboarding processes and customer acquisition strategies.
