Key Account Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Liaison Specialist to join our team at Ecotricity. As a trusted advisor to our high-value business customers, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of industry expertise, stakeholder management skills, and technical knowledge, including utility billing and metering. You will also be proficient in customer relationship management systems and have experience working with external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored customer engagement strategies, enhancing relationships and driving business outcomes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamlining operations and reducing costs.
- Analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting, ensuring timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly and professionally.
