Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Ecotricity. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our most high-value business customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading a small team of Customer Relationship Managers and providing coaching and development support to help them achieve their goals.
You will work closely with our Business Sales team and other departments to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers. This includes proactively monitoring and managing cases to minimize resolution delays, working with IT and MI teams to improve reporting and root cause analysis of issues affecting key accounts, and managing dashboards in Ecosystem to maximize resolution in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for supporting Business Sales to maintain strong relationships with key existing customers, preparing service updates for face-to-face meetings, tracking KPIs, handling complaints, and attending customer meetings as necessary.
