Accounts Payable Administrator

Purchase Ledger Controller at Glos:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Purchase Ledger Controller. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all purchase ledger functions are administered accurately and efficiently. This includes managing the Purchase Ledger mailbox on a daily basis, supporting the Purchase Ledger Administrator with handling the Purchase Ledger telephone line, reviewing supplier portals, ensuring newly issued documents are processed as necessary, maintaining a list of suppliers who advise being on credit stop, rectifying causes swiftly, overseeing reconciliation of monthly supplier statements to Open Accounts, and compiling and posting journals in purchase ledger to write off penny balances.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in Time Management and Prioritisation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Open Accounts is an advantage
Package Details:
- Salary dependent upon experience, estimated around £25,000 - £35,000 per year
