About the Role:
Purchase Ledger Controller at Glos:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all purchase ledger functions are administered accurately and efficiently. You will oversee the daily work of the Purchase Ledger Administrator, manage the Purchase Ledger mailbox, and support with handling the Purchase Ledger telephone line. This includes managing the Purchase Ledger mailbox on a daily basis, supporting the Purchase Ledger Administrator with handling the Purchase Ledger telephone line, reviewing supplier portals, ensuring newly issued documents are processed as necessary, maintaining a list of suppliers who advise being on credit stop, rectifying causes swiftly, overseeing reconciliation of monthly supplier statements to Open Accounts, and compiling and posting journals in purchase ledger to write off penny balances.

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in Time Management and Prioritisation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Open Accounts is an advantage
