About The Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced office administrator to join our team as an Academic Office Administrator. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing finances, accounts, credit control, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and manage all financial transactions, accounting functions, payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Ccoordinate and support administrative tasks and projects.
  • Implement and improve office processes to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain a directory of subcontractors with up-to-date insurance information and contact details.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration.
  • General bookkeeping, VAT, CIS returns, and payroll preparation skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Polite phone manner and effective communication skills.
