**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key existing customers to drive business growth
  • Monitor accounts at a granular level to ensure accurate performance from a metering, billing, and settlement perspective
  • Implement process improvements to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
