Job Summary:

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our B2B customer service team as a Customer Service Excellence Specialist. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our high-value business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns, ensuring a world-class experience.
  2. Invoice Management: Check, fix, and distribute customer invoices each month, proactively following up with customers to answer any queries.
  3. Account Management: Work closely with our Strategic Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to maintain strong relationships with key existing customers.
  4. Process Improvement: Monitor accounts at a granular level to ensure accurate performance data and identify areas for process improvement.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
