Enterprise Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Success Strategist to join our team at Manaventures. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and success with our Enterprise customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of commercial dynamics, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurturing and growing relationships with EMEA's most strategic Enterprise customers
- Developing and implementing best practices for building a world-class sales organization
- Collaborating with senior leadership and our growing customer base to build team practices and playbooks
- Cultivating the culture and talent for attracting and motivating the talent to accomplish the above
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (native French)
- Commercial curiosity: thinking strategically and outside the box to renew customers and look for growth opportunities
- Leverage data: using data and analytics to support conversations and influence decision-making
Compensation: Estimated salary range $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing and social connection.
