We're seeking a Crypto Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Ledger Enterprise. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive customer success. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer success and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching.
