Enterprise Client Success Lead

Hally Solutions is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Client Success Lead to support the growth of our long-term client's customer success division. This strategic role involves driving value and adoption amongst an existing account portfolio, proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand their business goals and roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have experience working with and selling to both IT and LOB stakeholders, capable of diving deep into technology conversations around devops, application architecture, testing, and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years SaaS industry experience as a CSM, key accounts manager, or business value consultant
• Experience working with large enterprise accounts in UKI/Europe
• Track record of successful customer growth/retention in SaaS industry
• Exposure to devops/automation/testing technology areas a big plus
Compensation Package
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience, with a competitive benefits package.
