We are seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team at Handshake.

About the Role

This is a strategic partnership role where you will be working closely with employer partners to ensure they achieve their hiring goals, drive adoption across recruiting teams, and see value in the Handshake product. The successful candidate will identify opportunities and initiatives to improve Customer Success activities and processes, resulting in better customer health, higher retention, and expansion rates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and evolve the customer journey to scale internal processes supporting hundreds of premium employers.
  • Provide expert consultation and training to employer partners on early talent, Handshake best practices, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Sales, Success, Account Management, Support, Education/University partnerships team, Marketing, Insights, Product, User Research, Enablement, RevOps, etc.
Your Experience

We require a proven track record of quickly building relationships and trust, effortlessly pivoting from strategic to tactical, and being a project management powerhouse.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German desired.
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management managing complex Enterprise and/or Strategic accounts.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-informed approach to work.
  • Strong project management and time management skills ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
