CX Performance Manager

Harnham's client is looking for a skilled CUSTOMER INSIGHTS MANAGER to take on a challenging role that involves developing a new function within the organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of CX professionals, working closely with stakeholders to deliver key initiatives and drive business growth.
You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data from Speech Analytics and VoC, identifying key customer pain points and developing strategies to address them. Your experience in defining customer-centric principles and developing reports and tracking systems will be invaluable in ensuring group-wide actions are taken to resolve customer pain points.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial services company and make a real impact on customer experience. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £70,000, based on the location and industry norms.
