About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Digital Commerce CX Performance Lead to drive continuous improvement in online Consumer Experience (CX) for Digital Commerce. As a member of our team, you will generate insights, monitor performance changes and foster a data-driven approach to enhance user experience across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Define CX Priorities: Establish priorities for IQOS.com and other Smoke-Free Products' websites.
  • Prepare Performance Reports: Share CX performance results, highlighting improvements and regressions, while ensuring oversight for key deployments.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Google Analytics, Glassbox/Sessionscam, Jira and Confluence.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and relate it to web CX/UX best practices.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English language skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
