Fluence Energy, a global market leader in intelligent energy storage and optimization software, is seeking an experienced Regional CX Champion to drive our CX strategy across the EMEA region.

About the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  1. Develop and execute customer listening strategies to ensure that Fluence delivers solutions our customers need.
  2. Partner with the Global CX team to develop and implement regional customer advocacy programs.
  3. Manage the Regional Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program, including leading CAB content development and facilitating regional CAB meetings.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience Management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing, business, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of German and other European languages a plus).

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
