Fluence Energy, a global market leader in intelligent energy storage and optimization software, is seeking an experienced Regional CX Champion to drive our CX strategy across the EMEA region.
About the Job:This is a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute customer listening strategies to ensure that Fluence delivers solutions our customers need.
- Partner with the Global CX team to develop and implement regional customer advocacy programs.
- Manage the Regional Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program, including leading CAB content development and facilitating regional CAB meetings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience Management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing, business, engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German and other European languages a plus).
Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
