CX Project Manager Opportunity

As a CX Project Manager at DS Smith, you will drive the delivery of key CX transformation workstreams to build an even more customer-centric business and continually achieve greater customer satisfaction and increased efficiency and profitability.

About the Role

You will work closely with the CX Programme Delivery Lead, the Head of Customer Experience and senior functional regional, local, and global leaders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning: Define the project in an exact, concrete and concise way, identify outputs and outcomes to be delivered; keep the project plan up to date, define and implement the governance framework.
  • Project Management: Ensure efficient design and execution, proactively monitor progress, identifying emerging issues and managing and resolving risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation and use of resources in the project, manage the performance of the project team and promote a culture of collaborative working.
  • Budget Management: Monitor costs against delivered and realised benefits as the project progresses.
  • Communication: Status, progress and challenges of the project, ensure ongoing follow-up with stakeholders and steering committee.

A data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology are essential, along with excellent knowledge of project management approaches such as PRINCE 2 and agile delivery techniques. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
