CX Transformation Lead

This CX Project Manager role at DS Smith offers an exciting opportunity to drive key CX transformation workstreams, building a more customer-centric business and achieving greater customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior functional regional, local, and global leaders, as well as develop a Business Case and implement governance frameworks.
Job Summary:
- Drive CX transformation workstreams
- Develop Business Cases and implement governance frameworks
- Manage project teams and allocate resources
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Define project plans, identify outputs and outcomes, and ensure efficient design and execution
- Manage budget on behalf of the sponsor, monitoring costs against delivered and realised benefits
- Lead communications and stakeholder engagement
- Adept change management approach to realise benefits
