CX Transformation Role Overview

This CX Project Manager role at DS Smith offers an exciting opportunity to drive key CX transformation workstreams, building a more customer-centric business and achieving greater customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior functional regional, local, and global leaders, as well as develop a Business Case and implement governance frameworks.

Job Summary:

  • Drive CX transformation workstreams
  • Develop Business Cases and implement governance frameworks
  • Manage project teams and allocate resources
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Define project plans, identify outputs and outcomes, and ensure efficient design and execution
  • Manage budget on behalf of the sponsor, monitoring costs against delivered and realised benefits
  • Lead communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Adept change management approach to realise benefits
