Competitive Package
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £85,000 per annum, plus an attractive benefits package including 30 days annual leave, private health insurance, and a company-matched pension scheme.
About Your Background
We seek an accomplished professional with at least 12 years of experience in contact centre leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in business or leadership is required, along with significant knowledge of CX principles, cloud solutions, and customer satisfaction frameworks. As a respected industry expert, you will have a proven track record of driving transformative change and managing complex stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
This role encompasses various responsibilities, including:
• Developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions addressing customer pain points.
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Your Skills and Qualifications
You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Proficiency in cloud-based technologies and a keen understanding of CX analytics will be essential.
