We are seeking a skilled Technical CX Architect to join our team at Eventus Solutions Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex contact center solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Technical CX Architect, you will have a strong understanding of software development and the CXone, Genesys Cloud or Amazon Connect platform. You will work closely with our engineering team to design and develop solutions that provide effective maintenance, scalability, and upgradability.

Key responsibilities include defining overall CXone, Genesys Cloud or Amazon Connect Application architectures, creating designs that leverage legacy/on-premises solutions and CCaaS systems, and managing project initiatives to address digital transformation goals and business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in Contact Center and UC environments, with 5 or more years of experience with software architecture and design. They will also have experience with enterprise ACD, CTI, and IVR, as well as API integrations and web service experience.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
