We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer experience improvements through data-driven insights.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experiences, using your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing customer experience strategies
  • Conducting research to provide insights and analysis to support business optimization
  • Analyzing data from Speech Analytics and VoC programs
  • Defining customer-centric principles to guide the development of customer experiences
  • Leading and hiring for a team of CX professionals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering CX improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with customer-focused projects, such as VoC programs
  • Experience managing change and leading high-performing teams
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching

Estimated Salary: £72,500 - £82,500 per annum
