Emergency Response Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Response Training Manager to join our team at London Stansted Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes for Incident Management (Strategic, Tactical and Operational levels).
Your core responsibilities will include continually assessing and updating training materials to respond to new threats, technological advancements and regulatory requirements. You will own and manage the Learning Management System, coordinate and schedule training, and ensure all necessary recipients complete required training.
Additionally, you will manage rosters and liaise with internal departments to ensure release of colleagues for training. Your role will also involve delivering simulated exercises and real-world scenario training, conducting pre and post-training assessments, gathering and reporting feedback, and promoting overall EMP culture.
In this position, you will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of training programmes. If you possess excellent communication and organisational skills, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
