Job Title: Emergency Response Professional

The estimated salary for this role is £44,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide emergency care, responding to complex situations, and developing personalized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to emergency calls, assessing patients' needs, and delivering care in patients' homes, care homes, and clinics.
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in clinical governance mechanisms to promote best practice.
  • Contributing to audit activities and engaging in ongoing education and professional development.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A registered paramedic qualification.
  • At least two years of experience as a paramedic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
