This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As an Emergency Response Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to emergencies, coordinating repairs and maintenance operations, and managing overdue orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to emergencies and coordinating repairs and maintenance operations
  2. Managing overdue orders
  3. Dealing with resident queries
  4. Reporting operative issues to the area supervisor

Requirements:

  • Customer Service focused
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to identify problems and prioritize issues
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Salary: £17 per hour
