Job Description
As an Emergency Response and Maintenance Professional at SIGN, you will work independently, solving problems and communicating with customers. You will also travel in your own company van, so a full driving licence is essential.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work on a rota system, which includes out-of-hours and weekend shifts. They will also have a current ACS qualification, CCN1 or CESPI, and ideally MET1 to 4.

You will play a vital part in ensuring the safe delivery of gas to customers across Dartford, Sidcup, Greenwich, Lewisham, and Swanley. You will also be involved in pioneering research and development in the journey toward a net-zero energy system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Solving problems and communicating with customers
