About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Emergency Preparedness Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering best-practice emergency preparedness & response training to your colleagues.

Your core responsibilities will include continually assessing and updating training materials to respond to new threats, technological advancements and regulatory requirements. You will also own and manage the Learning Management System, coordinate and schedule training, and ensure all necessary recipients complete required training.

Additionally, you will manage rosters and liaise with internal departments to ensure release of colleagues for training. Your role will also involve delivering simulated exercises and real-world scenario training, conducting pre and post-training assessments, gathering and reporting feedback, and promoting overall EMP culture.

This is an important position within our safety culture, providing your colleagues with essential knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. If you have a passion for training and a strong background in IT, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
