Emergency Response Coordinator

Our team provides 24/7 alarm monitoring and response to circa 6,000 vulnerable individuals. We monitor activations from clients and arrange necessary assistance, often involving the deployment of a Telecare Support Response Officer to provide welfare assistance and support.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with emergency services on occasion. Essential requirements for this role include up-to-date First Aid Training, Fire Evacuation Awareness training, and an understanding of lifting techniques for assisting clients who fall. An Enhanced DBS Check is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client activations and arrange necessary assistance
- Deploy Telecare Support Response Officers to provide welfare assistance and support where appropriate
- Work closely with emergency services occasionally
