We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate MWN Helpline Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the volunteer program, supporting volunteers in their roles and ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources.

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for personal growth, and a chance to contribute to a meaningful cause.

This role involves working on a part-time basis, approximately 15 hours per week. You will be required to attend training as directed and maintain all information in line with confidentiality and data protection (GDPR) policies at all times.

About the Role
  • Coordinate the volunteer program, supporting volunteers in their roles and ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, ensuring they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage volunteers and promote retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
