Job Overview:
This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our helpline service. As a Helpline Support Worker, you'll be responsible for responding to calls, emails, texts, and webchats, while also promoting the service and engaging in other MWNUK projects, services, and activities related to MWN Helpline issues. Basic DBS clearance is essential for this role. The salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
