The post of Regional Coordination Specialist for West Midlands Children's Networks is an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to coordinate, support, and develop the implementation of Martha's Rule at various West Midlands trusts.

This role will be part of West Midlands Children's Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs) and the Paediatric Critical Care Network. The postholder will provide clinical expertise to support the overall programme of work to develop and strengthen sites together with building, managing, and maintaining strong and collaborative working relationships with all key stakeholders across the networks and their member organisations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders. They will also have a proven track record of coordinating complex projects and programmes, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
