The Regional Coordination Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of Martha's Rule across multiple trusts in the West Midlands. This position is part of our Children's Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs) and the Paediatric Critical Care Network.

As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical expertise to support the development and strengthening of sites, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the networks and their member organisations. You will need to be proficient at building excellent relationships and fostering a culture of collaborative working.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in managing the care of paediatric surgical patients with relevant evidence-based practice. You should also have a solid understanding of Local and National policy drivers and be able to apply judgement to complex situations.

The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to motivate others. They should be able to work independently, demonstrate autonomous decision-making, and manage their own workload efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
