Young Women's Support Worker

Birmingham and Solihull Women's Aid is a leading charity tackling violence against women and girls. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Young Women's Support Worker.
As a key member of our team, you will deliver holistic support to young women aged 16-25 affected by violence and abuse, living in the community. You will provide practical and emotional support to increase safety and meet identified needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly adolescent females. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. A strong understanding of domestic violence and its impact on young women is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
