Key Requirements:
• Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly adolescent females
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong understanding of domestic violence and its impact on young women
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to our mission and values
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
