Children's Home Support Professional

CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Children's Home Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham, West Midlands.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Responsibilities- Supporting children and young people with daily living activities, such as personal care, education, and leisure activities.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children and young people, promoting trust and respect.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports regarding the children and young people in our care.
We are looking for an individual who has a minimum NVQ level 3 in residential childcare and a minimum of 2 years' experience in working within a children's residential home. You must be able to work varying shifts, including early morning and late evening work, and participate in an on-call rota system.
A clear Criminal Records Bureau check is required, and you must be willing to undergo regular supervision and training to meet your continuing professional development needs.
