Enterprise and Commercial Customer Success Professional

In this role at Zendesk, Inc., you will work as a key member of the team responsible for ensuring the success of our Enterprise and Commercial customers. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 15-20 customers, working closely with them to understand their goals and objectives and develop strategic plans to help them achieve significant value using our products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS companies, and possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to measure value via data-oriented approaches. Fluency in English and French is required, as you will need to communicate effectively with customers across different regions.
The specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive customer success plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing proactive training and best practices to frontline support teams to accelerate product adoption and drive business growth.
- Working closely with sales and product management teams to identify new opportunities for expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on revenue growth.
About You:
- A successful track record of managing complex customer relationships in a high-touch B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in hybrid environments, with a mix of remote and office-based work.
