Enterprise Customer Advocate

We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Advocate to join our team at Zendesk UK Ltd (UK) and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial customers.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the latest AI technology and collaborate with commercial clients to ensure they unlock the full potential of our innovative solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 20-25 commercial customers, helping them achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using our platform.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer success, account management, or related roles in a SaaS company. Your expertise should include successfully managing enterprise and commercial-size customers with complex technical solutions and multiple stakeholders in a high-touch B2B environment.
A successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of how our AI products can create value for support teams and be able to develop strong relationships with our clients. You will also work closely with frontline support teams, providing proactive training and best practices to accelerate product adoption.
The estimated salary for this position is around £62,500 - £72,500 per annum.
