Customer Experience Advocate

At CV-Library in Enfield, we are searching for a dedicated Customer Experience Advocate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by providing expert knowledge of our vehicles and services.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation for all vehicles on site.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A current full and clean UK Driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary of £25,000, a bonus up to £8,750, and various employee benefits such as 25 days annual leave and a pension scheme.
