We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our creative digital marketing company at Inscapers. As a proactive member of our team, you'll be responsible for attending to customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions tailored to their needs.

Key responsibilities include handling incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy, proactively engaging in outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum is offered, along with additional bonuses and commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer call handling: Attend to customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions.
  2. Cold calling: Proactively engage in outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a call center environment or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Performance metrics: Proficiency in CRM software, ability to multitask, and a proven track record of success in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
