Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our Technical Advice Centre, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and resolving complaints efficiently. Your expertise will help us understand customer needs and preferences, enabling us to develop innovative solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to address their concerns and queries.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and trends, informing product and service enhancements.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless complaint resolution and administration tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of IT packages, including SAP, Word, and Excel.
Estimated Salary: £37.50 per hour
