We are seeking a Customer Training Support Advisor to join our team. This role is primarily home-based, and we require candidates with a suitable working environment.
About the Role- Provide excellent customer service via various channels, including phone, social media, and remote advice video calls.
- Support customers from Halifax, Bank of Scotland, and Lloyds Bank brands.
- Take inbound customer calls and do your best to resolve their queries.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Become subject matter experts for our banking app and products.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products and services.
