Sales and Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Hair Transplant team as a Sales and Customer Advocate. This role involves being the voice of our customers, helping to answer their questions about Hair Transplants and our services.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of empathy, strong interpersonal and sales skills, and the ability to provide personalized advice to customers. They will also be responsible for proactively calling new leads and existing leads to progress them on their hair restoration journey.
Working closely with the rest of the sales team, the clinical and commercial teams, and maintaining thorough and accurate customer notes are also key aspects of this role.
