Job Overview

As Senior Spirits Sales Director, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's growth, taking ownership of our UK and European sales strategy. Your mission will be to drive off-trade and export sales, secure new business opportunities, and expand distribution networks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead new business development across UK retail and European export markets.
  • Strengthen our brand's presence in the UK's off-trade sector, including independent retailers.
  • Identify creative opportunities, including events and festivals, to boost brand visibility.
  • Use your industry network to drive revenue and build diverse customer relationships.
About the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in alcohol sales, particularly in the spirits sector. You'll be a self-motivated, independent 'go-getter' who thrives on closing deals and building long-lasting partnerships. A hands-on approach with a passion for brand-building and developing growth strategies is essential.
