Luxury Spirit Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our luxury spirit and wine store in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our premium range of single malt whiskies, spirits, fine wines, and more.
As a Luxury Spirit Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalised and attentive service to customers, offering expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to their preferences.
You will assist in maintaining the store's luxurious atmosphere and high visual merchandising standards, ensuring all products are presented elegantly and attractively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment with professionalism and discretion
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, answer enquiries, and address any concerns or feedback they may have
In addition, you will collaborate with the Assistant Manager and General Manager to execute in-store tastings, events, and promotions, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
