Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Luxury Spirits Connoisseur to lead our boutique operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences to high-net-worth individuals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or spirits, with a proven track record of managing a boutique or similar environment. They will possess strong communication and team-building skills, as well as a deep appreciation for luxury spirits.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards. They will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with HNWIs and VIP customers, delivering a personalized and exclusive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and VIP customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive boutique sales by leveraging knowledge of luxury spirits and understanding of the luxury market.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team to embody the brand ethos and provide exceptional service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards.
  • Event Coordination: Organize exclusive events, tastings, and private appointments tailored to our clientele's preferences.
What You'll Need:
  • Experience: 5+ years in luxury retail, hospitality, or spirits, with a proven track record of managing a boutique or similar environment.
  • Client Focus: Strong ability to connect with HNWIs, understand their needs, and provide a seamless, personalized experience.
  • Leadership: Inspirational leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Passion: Deep appreciation for luxury spirits and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
