We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Boutique Manager to join our team, with a proven ability to connect with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and deliver world-class service.

The Role

As the Luxury Spirits Retail Manager, you will be the face of the brand, leading a dedicated team to create unparalleled customer experiences. You will oversee all aspects of boutique operations, while focusing on cultivating meaningful relationships with elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs and VIP customers, delivering a personalised and exclusive service experience.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive boutique sales by leveraging your knowledge of luxury spirits and understanding of the luxury market.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire your team to embody the brand ethos and provide exceptional service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
  • Event Coordination: Organise exclusive events, tastings, and private appointments tailored to our clientele's preferences.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain our boutique's competitive edge.

You will have:

  • Experience: 5+ years in luxury retail, hospitality, or spirits, with a proven track record of managing a boutique or similar environment.
  • Client Focus: Strong ability to connect with HNWIs, understand their needs, and provide a seamless, personalised experience.
  • Leadership: Inspirational leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Passion: Deep appreciation for luxury spirits and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Languages: Fluency in different languages is a plus, reflecting our global customer-base.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
