About the Role:

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Development Manager to join their team in the London and South East region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing sales of Kopparberg's products in the On Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new accounts within the On Trade channel to increase sales and distribution of Kopparberg's products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow existing business and meet customer requirements.
  • Network with key wholesale partners to maximize relationships and sales opportunities.
  • Attend regular meetings with new and existing customers to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide support with activations by attending events and tastings to increase brand awareness and sales.

About You:

  • Field sales experience is required, with a background in the drinks industry being desirable.
  • You will be passionate, driven, and have strong communication and people skills.
  • Highly organized and good time management skills are essential, as well as being a great team player and culture add.
